PICKAPEPPA PULLED CHICKEN
Ingredients:
2 ½-3 lbs. skinless chicken breasts with ribs
16 oz. Pickapeppa Sauce
1 tbsp. Pickapeppa Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp. Pickapeppa Hot Red Pepper Sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 large chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
Place all ingredients in large “crockpot” or slow cooker. Cook on
low setting for 4-8 hours, stirring occasionally. Chicken is ready
when it falls off the bones. Serve with rice or pasta.
