What does pickapeppa sauce taste like?
The sauce is sweet, sour and mildly spicy. The company makes several variants of the sauce, including mango and extra hot Scotch Bonnet pepper varieties. One traditional use of the sauce is to pour it over a block of cream cheese, to be spread on crackers.
Does Pickapeppa Sauce go bad?
Best Before, is not an expiration date. However, once the Best Before date has passed, it becomes the responsibility of the consumer to make his or her judgment, as to whether or not the product should be consumed. As manufacturer we cannot unfortunately offer any warranty or advice in that respect.
What is Pickapeppa Sauce used for?
It makes regular appearances in marinades for steaks, barbecue sauces for ribs, and as a topping for burgers (Pickapeppa is known as the Jamaican A1, of course).
